Sócio fundador do escritório com mais de 35 anos de experiência jurídica, Alexandre iniciou sua trajetória profissional como economista e empresário no setor do varejo. Em 1986, movido pelo desejo de expandir seus conhecimentos e habilidades, ingressou na Faculdade de Direito, tendo iniciado sua carreira de advogado em um dos mais tradicionais e longínquos escritórios de contencioso civil em 1988, onde permaneceu como sócio até o ano 2000, e teve o privilégio de ser mentorado pelo brilhante advogado e ex-presidente da OAB-RJ, Candido de Oliveira Bisneto.
Após o ano 2000, Alexandre assumiu o desafio de diversificar as áreas de atuação de renomado escritório, que até então se dedicava quase exclusivamente ao Direito Marítimo. Em seguida, atuou como consultor de contencioso em um prestigiado escritório especializado em Propriedade Industrial.
Em 2016, com o objetivo de se dedicar a advocacia estratégica e personalizada nas áreas de consultoria, negociação e contencioso, com maior ênfase nos setores cível, societário, indústria naval, entretenimento e imobiliário, Alexandre fundou seu próprio escritório no qual se dedica a encontrar soluções jurídicas inovadoras e de excelência para os desafios de seus clientes.

Daniela é sócia fundadora do escritório com mais de 15 anos de experiência nas áreas de direito civil, empresarial, imobiliário e entretenimento. Com forte atuação no contencioso cível estratégico e em negociações contratuais complexas, assessorando clientes em diversos setores econômicos como construção, navegação, audiovisual e consumo. Também atua no planejamento sucessório e empresarial.
